Abby Wagner
Intern / Art Therapist
A lifelong artist, Abby believes that art has the power to heal, inspire, empower and comfort. She holds a bachelor’s degree in art education from Ball State University, and is currently in the masters in art therapy program at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. While she taught high school art in the past, her most recent experience and passion have been found in giving individual and small group art lessons to both children and adults. Abby is excited to be a part of the Brave Enough team, learning and growing through her practicum experience.
In her spare time Abby loves spending time with her family, reading stacks of books, growing flowers in her garden, and making art (of course!). She especially enjoys painting with watercolors, drawing in her sketchbook, and creating small quilts from scavenged materials.
Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."
